How to order?

You can order after you register at the website and then follow the steps. In the process of ordering you will be asked to choose the payment method and to leave a contact phone number. Every valid order will get an unique number and the customer will receive an order confirmation on the email given by him.

We reserve the right not to fulfill the order if the data supplied by the customer is not full or correct, if this customer was enlisted in our database as not correct client or if the product is out of stock.

In case of a missing product the client will be notified by telephone or email message.

The order can be still fulfilled even if some of the products ordered is missing in case the customer has agreed with that. 

The confirmation of the order will be done by email in the same working day. The customer can cancel or change his order before it is confirmed. The amount paid for a cancelled order will be reimbursed.The deadline for implementation of the order is 1-5 days. In case of delay you will be notified by phone or email.
